Hello Sedalia Park Parents:
Small Group is moving full force into our academic year!
3rd grade math is working on adding with the part, part, whole strategy. We are also starting our unit on rounding to the nearest 10.
5th grade math is starting our unit on order of operations this week.
All ELA groups work in guided reading groups. Parents the best things you can do for your children is to read with them everyday! I do not assign homework, but reading at home everyday is an assumed activity for every child.
4th and 5th grade is working on narrative writing.
3rd grade is working on writing conventions.
